Focused Therapy for Teens, Adults and Couples

Anxiety           Emotional Dysregulation            Mood Difficulties              School Difficulties

ADHD              Family Disengagement               Behavioural Issues           Eating Disorders

Reactivity     Complex Family Dynamics        Social Difficulties              Identity & Self Worth

I bring a warm, honest & practical approach to my work with young people, and in parallel with their parents. Outcomes improve when parents are informed and engaged, so parent coaching is a core part of my practice.

I also work with adults and couples. My approach to couples therapy is goal-focused and evidence-based, with an emphasis on concrete strategies that can be implemented for meaningful improvements.

Across all my work, I prioritise education, understanding & awareness, along with skill development, attachment and connection with those that matter. Sessions are structured, practical and purposeful.

With over 20 years of experience, I completed my doctoral training at the University of Sydney and have held clinical positions at Westmead Children's Hospital, Wesley Private Hospital and Northside Clinic, alongside nearly two decades in private practice.

I am an experienced psychologist dedicated to providing family-focused psychological care for parents, children, adolescents, and families.

With over a decade of experience across early intervention, hospitals, schools, and community health, I offer individual therapy, parent-child work, play therapy and psychological assessments. I have extensive training in supporting children with emotional and behavioural challenges, helping parents understand their children, and guiding parents as they navigate their own mental health while parenting.

My approach is warm, open, and non-judgemental, and I aim to create a safe, supportive and fun (for younger children) space. My work is informed by attachment theory, which highlights the importance of how early relationships impact later life, and through a trauma-informed lens. Additionally, I continue to work for NSW health supporting families in crisis.

If you find yourself navigating parenting struggles or seeking to improve your own or your child's mental health, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I have a depth of experience in child and adolescent psychology and family and relationship counselling. I have worked in the education system and value close relationships with schools, teachers and educators.

I am qualified in diagnostic and neuropsychological assessment (learning/academic, ADHD and neurodiversity) and use precise tools to identify core challenges, allowing me to tailor interventions that support young people and their families through key developmental and systemic transitions.
