Amy is passionate about helping children and families feel less overwhelmed, more connected, and empowered, arming them with practical strategies that make a difference.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, she blends expert insight with clear, actionable strategies.

Amy works with families with children of all ages, teenagers, couples and adults navigating stress, conflict, separation and crisis.

She has particular experience supporting teens, coaching parents, and helping families manage complex dynamics.

Amy also has a strong interest in recognizing the many challenges of maintaining a healthy relationship, bringing a thoughtful, direct and goal-focused approach to couples therapy.
